Refund and Returns Policy

At Canvaart.pk, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes an item may not be what you expected. To ensure a fair and transparent process for all our artists and customers, please review our policy below regarding returns and refunds.


1. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return and subsequent refund, the following criteria must be met:

  • Timeframe: You must initiate a return request within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • Item Condition: Returns are only accepted for unboxed and unopened items. The product must be in its original packaging, with all seals, labels, and protective wraps intact.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order number is required for all returns.

Note: Items that have been opened, used, or have broken seals (such as paint tubes, markers, or paper pads) cannot be returned due to the nature of art supplies.

2. The Return Process

  1. Request: Contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Shipping: Once approved, you will be required to ship the item back to the SF Traders warehouse.
    • Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. * Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  3. Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected by our team, we will send you an email or message to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether the refund has been approved or rejected based on the condition of the item.

3. Refunds

  • Processing Time: Once the returned order is received and approved by our store, your refund will be processed within 14 days.
  • Payment Method: Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or through a bank transfer/EasyPaisa/JazzCash as agreed upon by the customer and SF Traders.
  • Partial Refunds: Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be eligible for a refund.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. To expedite the process, we require:

  • A clear photo of the damaged item.
  • An unboxing video (highly recommended) showing the defect as the package is opened.

In the case of confirmed damage or mistakes on our part, we will provide a replacement or a full refund at no additional shipping cost to you.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:

  • Gift cards.
  • Downloadable software products or digital guides.
  • Sale or “Clearance” items (unless they arrive damaged).
