  • Condition for Return: We only accept returns or exchanges if the product is damaged, defective, or the wrong item was sent.

  • Reporting Period: Any issues must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Video Proof Requirement: For the protection of both parties, we strongly recommend recording an unboxing video when you first open your parcel. Claims for damaged or missing items without video proof may be rejected.

  • Process: Items must be unused and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.
